Twisted-Stitch Knitting: Traditional Patterns & Garments from the Styrian Enns Valley Maria Erlbacher This is an excellent stitch dictionary, to compare with Barbara Walker’s Treasuries, with 174 traditional Austrian stitch patterns, all charted, from the author’s collection, followed by instructions for jackets, waistcoats and elegant shaped stockings. The instructions are minimal so you will need to be fairly confident in your knitting ability to make any of the garments, most of which were knitted on 2 mm needles.
